We’re Qubescape – a creative branding company based in Udaipur, India. We help businesses grow through visuals, strategy, and tech. Whether it’s a logo, a full website, social media campaigns, or videos – we’ve got it covered.

Our core services include:

We work closely with you to understand your brand, your needs, and your goals. Once we agree on the scope of the work, we’ll start the project. You’ll be involved throughout the process with regular updates and previews.

• You provide clear, timely feedback.
• You share all required materials (like logos, content, brand guidelines) upfront.
• You let us know of any changes as soon as possible.

• Every project comes with a quote. Once approved, we’ll move forward.
• For most projects, we take a 50% advance and 50% upon delivery.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other preferred methods.
• Once work begins, the advance is non-refundable.

We’ll give you an estimated timeline when the project starts. Timelines can shift if:

• There are delays from your side in sharing content or approvals.
• There are extra requests outside the original plan.

We promise to always keep you informed and work as quickly (and creatively) as we can.

We usually offer 2 free rounds of revisions depending on the package. If you need more changes, we’re happy to help — but they may come with extra charges. We believe in collaboration and will always aim to deliver something you truly love.

• You fully own the final approved designs and files after full payment is received.
• We may feature the completed work in our portfolio, social media, or website – unless you ask us not to.
• Source files (like raw PSD or animation files) are provided only if included in the quote.

Anything you share with us — content, brand ideas, project info — stays safe with us. We do not share your data or project details with anyone outside our team.

We use tools like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Hubspot, Shopify, etc., depending on your project. Please note:

• We are not responsible for how these platforms perform.
• Their policies, pricing, and performance can change — which may impact your campaigns or integrations.

You can cancel a project at any time. However, payments made before cancellation are non-refundable. If any extra work was done beyond the initial scope, we may charge for that too.

• We don’t work on anything that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activities.
• We don’t copy content or design from other brands.
• We don’t guarantee exact ad results, but we do our best to help you grow.

At Qubescape, we believe in honest work and real conversations. If something’s unclear, just ask. If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it. We’re here to create something great — together.

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. Any updates will be posted right here, and the date will be updated above.
