3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information for all projects.
- Any delay in providing required materials may result in extended project timelines.
- Clients must ensure that all materials they provide do not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property
- All original work created by Qubescape remains the intellectual property of Qubescape until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Qubescape retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules and milestones will be clearly defined before the project begins.
- Late payments may incur a delay in services or additional charges.
- All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except where otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information. Any non-public data shared with us during the course of a project will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
7. Revisions and Modifications
- Reasonable revisions are included as part of each project scope.
- Excessive changes or requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
Qubescape is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee results from marketing campaigns or third-party platform performance.
9. Third-Party Tools
We may integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Hubspot) into your project. Qubescape is not responsible for changes or issues related to these external tools.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for all completed work and costs incurred up to the termination date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
12. Changes to Terms
Qubescape reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website after any changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
